Welcome to our website!  This website was created in August 2007.

Our mission is to establish the Shaolin Hung Gar Martial Arts Academy (please click on link for more information) in Atlanta, GA.  The Academy is headquartered in Boston, MA.  Our goals for the Academy are to promote discipline and to raise the overall collective consciousness.

Sifu Yung (or affectionately called Master Bill by his students) teaches both the external and the internal systems of Chinese Martial Arts (Kung Fu).  The emphasis at the beginning for Hung Gar is physical health while building confidence through practical applications.  At the advanced level, the emphasis switches to internal Chi Kung energy.  In addition, students also learn the southern style of the classical Chinese lion dance.

The students perform the Chinese lion dance and Kung Fu demonstration in many celebrations throughout the year.  According to Asian tradition, the lion represents courage, energy and wisdom.
